Gear review: BISupply Tandem Axle Leveler Ramps

Compact and easy to store, this leveler is a must have for travelers on the go.

What is it?

Getting your camper level is key to an enjoyable adventure. BISupply leveler ramps make getting your trailer or motor home level easier and quicker. These drive-on ramps are lightweight, but their structural design gives them a 5-ton capacity per ramp. The three-tier, dual-piece construction makes them easy to store, use and move around on a variety of surfaces. No matter what type of camper you own, these ramps will make getting it level a snap.

What sets it apart?

BISupply ramps have an ideal design for several reasons. The first is that they are made of HDPE plastic, which is very strong but also relatively light, and weight is always a consideration when packing your camper. Another consideration is space. BISupply ramps separate into two pieces for compact and easy storage. There are three different tiers within the ramp surface so you can better dial in the level of your RV without having to use multiple blocks. And the surface is textured to provide good tire grip when driving onto the ramps.

How do I use it?

When you find yourself in an unlevel campsite, getting your trailer or RV level is critical for comfort and the proper operation of appliances. Simply slide the two-piece ramps together and place them in front of your tires on the low side. Then drive onto the ramps to the tier that gets your RV to level. When breaking camp, drive off the ramps, separate the two pieces and stow them.

Adventurtunity Family insight:

As we have traveled the U.S. full time over the past two years, we have found ourselves parking on our fair share of unlevel campsites! And as we have begun to boondock a lot more, this is an even more common occurrence. Our motor home has an automatic leveling system, but it’s always helpful to get as level as possible before deploying it. That’s where the BISupply ramps come into play. They are supereasy to use and can handle the weight of our big rig. They also work well on most surfaces, including gravel, grass and sand. We have found these to be a must-have in our RV leveling supply kit!
