HOW DO I USE IT?
The MAGFORCE-Z Magnetic Cast Control allows you to adjust on the go, depending on wind or current conditions and bait sizes. What’s so good about that is you can use the same reel for some crankbaits or Texas-rigged plastics. Simply adjust the dial as needed; there is no need to make drag adjustments.
Choose the 6.3:1 gear ratio for shallow-running crankbaits, squarebills and Texas-rigged soft plastics. Go with the 7.1:1 midrange ratio for bladed jigs, topwaters and pitching/flipping jigs. The higher speed 8.1:1 is ideal for surface frogs, buzzbaits, swimbaits and other presentations requiring faster line intake.
