Toledo: Day 1 begins

Day 1 of the Bassmaster Elite Series tournament on Toledo Bend has arrived and despite some windy conditions during practice Brent Ehrler is ready to roll as he launches his boat.

Todd Faircloth hangs out the side of his truck to see through the darkness as he backs down the ramp.

Alton Jones hops in with Carl Jocumsen to catch a ride out to his awaiting boat.

Randall Tharp keeps an eye on the ramp as he launches on Day 1.

Shaw Grigsby begins to tie on a few baits after pulling up to the shore just down the bank from the ramp.

Kevin VanDam appears to be going deep as he digs through his crank abit box to find the perfect color.
