Come to a Progressive Bassmaster Elite Series tournament and you will see the men and women who serve, or have served, our great country.

They are the first responders serving host communities, active duty military, junior ROTC cadets and vets who fish.

Some are on duty during at the outdoor expo and weigh-in.

B.A.S.S. honors these great patriots with a Military and First Responders Day at each and every Elite event.

It’s our small way of recognizing and paying tribute to the patriots who also find a connection to a great American pastime — bass fishing during America’s 250th anniversary.
