Meet the Junior Championship teams

West Virginia's Riley Albanese and Destiny Parcell are two of the young anglers participating in the Costa Bassmaster Junior National Championship presented by DICK's Sporting Goods on on 1,000 Acre Recreation Lake in Huntingdon, Tenn. The teams met for registration and more at Bethel University in nearby Lexington, Tenn. on June 19, and the two-day tournament will be held June 20-21. In all, 50 two-person teams (and one solo angler) from around the U.S. and Canada are participating in the tournament. Bethel angler John Garrett is pictured in each of the photos in this gallery. Garrett grew up in Union City, Tenn. and won the Carhartt College Classic Bracket on Kentucky Lake in 2016.
