Last hour of Day 2 - Bassmaster

The sun broke through the clouds for a while in the late afternoon on Day 2, and several anglers rallied to catch last-minute fish on Lake George.

Boyd Duckett was battling some kind of creature at the boat, but we could never tell quite what it was.

Whatever it was, Duckett didnât want it in the boat, choosing to remove the hooks at the side of the boat with pliers.

Kelly Jordon looked for bedding fish late in the day.

Jacob Powroznik set up on several fish all day, but never put a big fish in the boat.

Shane Lineberger said he went three hours without a bite during the afternoon, but managed to boat this fish in the last hour.

Not everybody fishing today was in the tournament. And they certainly didnât have additional spotters in the boat with them.

James Niggemeyer also benefitted from the late bite on Lake George.

J Todd Tucker kept grinding to the last minute before heading to the weigh-in.

â¦ before heading in.

Randy Allen scored a last-minute fish catch, too.

And as we mentioned, J Todd Tucker joined the group of anglers that never quit until the last cast.
