<b>What do you do in your off time, other than fish?</b></p> <p>I guide for whitetails in the fall, so one of my favorite hobbies — it’s sort of an April hobby — is I love to go (antler) shed hunting. I’ve got a few thousand sheds at home from deer, and a few from moose, but mostly deer. Where I live no one does it, and it’s kind of remote, so I’ve had days when I’ve found 75 sheds. I couldn’t even carry them all out.

... In the U.S., Lake Lanier. I just love catching the big spots, and in most lake you don’t get to catch big spotted bass. That’s my thing. And I’ve had some good days here.

... a lot of Southern people don’t get it: Why would you drill a hole in the ice and sit in the cold? But it’s cool because there’s no limit to the number of people who can go, so it’s a bit more social. And we catch a lot of fish when we go do it, so it’s not like we go out there and don’t catch anything.
