Notes of day two at the 2010 Elite Series Pride of Georgia
I am a working stiff. I was born of working stiffs. Among working stiffs are these 90 or so Elite Bass Anglers. They are working with their hands, their backs, and their feet. They are chasing the dream of working stiffs everywhere.
After prefishing here for several days, this is shaping up to be the hardest tournament of the year. So far, I think it is.
Let me tell you right up front that I'm nervous about this one. It's as tough here as anywhere I can ever remember fishing. No one is catching them, and there doesn't seem to be much of a consistent pattern as far as what's going on. From a professional angler's point of view, the lack of a pattern is much worse than the lack of fish. It's a killer.

Elite Series Pride of Georgia: Day One notes and quotes
Smith Mountain is now a memory and Pickwick hasn't yet happened, so I have a little spare time to give back something to the people and organizations that make all of our lives possible.
Someone once said that a picture is worth a thousand words, but when you are trying to imagine what underwater structure looks like, a picture may be worth 10,000 words.
