A Change of pace
This season I've put a lot of effort into my practice and my preparation, but so far it hasn't turned out like I wanted it to. For the Clark's Hill event, I'm going to fish by the seat of my pants.

Guntersville was a tough event for me. It just didn't happen out on the water. There were active fish everywhere, but not the ones I needed. A 66th place finish isn't my idea of a good time. Having the weekend off is no fun in this business.
With the economy as tough as it's been lately, that means small stores are more willing to wheel and deal than ever before ... if you approach them right.
