I forgot to tell you all about the Mark's Outdoors event in Birmingham a while back. It was a huge success. The coolest thing about it was what's called the "tackle toss."
Finally, we're home. I never thought I'd appreciate my own bed as much as I did that first night. I don't even remember falling asleep. All that happened, as far as I know, is that I fell backward into the bed and woke up the next morning in my own bedroom. It was wonderful.

For the winner, it was a hometown boy's dream come true. For the other two, it was a lesson in life on the water and the realities of professional bass fishing.
