It’s Tuesday night. Mike’s getting ready for the last day of practice tomorrow and then needs to go to bed early so they asked me to give you a look at the Classic through my eyes. I don’t know if I’m a typical wife or not but here goes…
Classic Week is exhausting and incredibly demanding. Those that handle the pressure best are likely to excel during the competition.
“But what about the weather?” That’s been the $500,000 question surrounding the 43rd Bassmaster Classic since the event was announced 15 months ago.
While the weather won't be as apocalyptic as many fear it' will challenging. When asked if he was concerned about ice on the launch ramp, frozen boat locker lids and frigid hands, Iaconelli replied, "All of the above.”

I’ll tell you what, this is going to be a Classic! I spent three days on the water and at this point the only thing I can say is that the fish are big and scattered.
It's a huge lake, and I've only covered about half of it. I need another day.
I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of fish caught during this event.
