Jerod Harman takes grant writing course

Jerod Harman took a grant writing course to help secure more grants for West Virginia.

Jerod Harman, conservation director for the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation of West Virginia, attended the Grant Writing for Conservation course at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Training Center in Shepherdstown, W.Va.

During the class, Harman learned several aspects of writing, obtaining and fulfilling grants.

“It was a very good class,” said Harman, “and the information was passed on to other Federation Nation conservation directors.”

Harman dedicated 40 hours to this project.
