Bassmaster Elite Series pros sign new deals

Recent new sponsorship agreements for Bassmaster Elite Series pros include Gerald Swindle with Sunline fluorocarbon fishing line, Brent Chapman with Bass Minder tackle tracker and organizer products, and Cliff Prince with lure maker PRADCO-Fishing.

Swindle of Warrior, Ala., will compete this month in his 12th Bassmaster Classic. His other accomplishments include being the 2004 Toyota Tundra Bassmaster Angler of the Year and 37 Top 10 Bassmaster finishes.

Chapman, the only 2012 Classic qualifier from Kansas, calls Lake Quivira home. The Feb. 22-24 Classic on the Red River out of Shreveport-Bossier City, La., will be his 11th appearance and fifth consecutive Classic. His Bassmaster record includes 23 Top 10 finishes.

Prince, who is from Palatka, Fla., qualified for the 2012 Elite Series through the Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Southern Open circuit of 2011. He competed at the Open level for four years before he turned Elite, and he has roots in the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation. His pro record includes five Top 10 finishes.
