Great Lakes Finesse welcomes Bassmaster Elite Series Pro Cooper Gallant

Fort Smith, AR (January 2, 2025) – Great Lakes Finesse is proud to announce the addition of Bassmaster Elite Series pro Cooper Gallant to its team. Recognized as one of the most talented anglers in professional bass fishing — and widely regarded as one of the best smallmouth anglers on the planet — Gallant brings proven success, relentless work ethic, and unmatched finesse expertise to the brand.

Since qualifying for the Bassmaster Elite Series, Gallant has not missed a Bassmaster Classic, consistently competing at the sport’s highest level, is also a Bassmaster Opens Champion and an FLW Canada Champion. Gallant has shown the ability to compete with anyone on nearly any body of water for any species of bass.

“Cooper is an amazing fit for Great Lakes Finesse,” said Dan Miguel, Global Brand Manager at Great Lakes Finesse. “Our philosophy is simple — do things the best we can, treat people the right way, and stay committed to innovation. Cooper lives those values on and off the water. We couldn’t be more pleased to welcome him publicly after all these years of supporting each other.”

Gallant’s partnership with Great Lakes Finesse is the continuation of a relationship that began long before the brand officially launched. Early on, Miguel shared prototype baits — still in simple zip-lock bags — and Gallant immediately recognized their potential. He has been fishing GLF products ever since.

“I’ve been a fan of Great Lakes Finesse since before the brand even existed,” said Gallant. “From day one, the focus on being different, dialing in the details other brands miss, quality, and innovation matched exactly how I am and fish. These baits have been a real part of my success the past few years, and I’m excited to officially represent this brand I truly believe in.”

Great Lakes Finesse continues to build momentum across the bass fishing world by partnering with anglers who share its passion for precision, premium craftsmanship, and performance — especially in clear-water and pressured environments where finesse truly matters.

With Gallant officially joining the team, Great Lakes Finesse looks forward to collaborating on future product development while supporting his continued success on the national stage.
