Building a triple holder for kayak fishing

1. Cut a length of 1 1/4-inch PVC tube for holders and support posts. We made the middle tube longer to separate the reels in the final product. Small sections of the same tube fit between Ts and establish width.

4. Two-part PVC cement locks it all together. Before gluing the rocket tubes, flare the ends with a heat gun and wine bottle. Scuff the PVC with a Scotch Brite scouring pad and spray it with paint that adheres to plastic.
