The tear-resistant Juvy Craw combines softness with durability that allows you to get right back into the action when a school of smallmouth fires, and before the feeding frenzy ends. Great Lakes Finesse researchers caught up to 20 smallmouth on the same bait as a test of its durability.
The Juvy Craw has a hollow cavity for rigging with the Mini Pro Jube Head. A slit in atop the head allows the hook barb to fit between the two tentacles. That design keeps the bait from rolling, and ideally, keeps hook placement in the roof of the mouth for a solid hookset.
The Juvy Craw has the right amount of buoyancy with its floating arms and body, with the claws facing menacingly in front of the fish. Slow dragging and swimming are ideal presentations.
