Angler’s insight:

Encouraging kids to fish can sound good on paper, but with a digital world rife with distractions, truly inspiring youngsters to take interest in the sport requires as much strategy as trying to outsmart persnickety fish. Shakespeare’s Cosmic lineup provides an important piece — legitimate, functional fishing items with age-appropriate visuals. Give a child the same stuff you use and you risk overwhelming them, while wasting money on toy fishing gear might frustrate a young mind open to learning. Shakespeare’s a solid name that delivered a good starting point for your young angler.
