What sets it apart?

Roadmaster uses patented designs and innovative testing techniques to ensure the highest quality in their products. They use a computerized testing method called FEA (also used by NASA) in addition to physical, real-world product testing to ensure the high quality of their equipment. Designed, tested and manufactured at their facility in Washington state, Roadmaster controls the product from start to finish, and it shows!

How do I use it?

Roadmaster offers several different styles and levels of RV tow bars. Decide which one fits your needs best, and then have a qualified shop install the parts on your towed vehicle. Once installed, hooking up and unhooking your towed vehicle to your motorhome is very easy. Slide the tow bar into the hitch receiver on your motorhome, extend the arms and attach them to the brackets on the towed vehicle via the quick-connect pins. Then hook up your safety cables, power cord and breakaway cable and you are all set to tow!

How much?

$650 – $1,200

Adventurtunity Family insight:

When we bought our motorhome from a private seller, it already had the Roadmaster Falcon 2 tow bar installed. We knew we’d be towing our Jeep Wrangler behind it, and thankfully it was a breeze to get it set up to the tow bar. It is a really simple process to get the Jeep hooked up for travel, and just as simple to unhook it when we reach our destination. What we love the most is that you don’t have to be perfectly lined up to attach the Jeep. The tow bar is adjustable enough to be hooked up even when the vehicles aren’t centered on each other. Then it straightens out when you start driving. The tow bar is solid and very well-designed. While driving, I can barely tell the Jeep is being towed because the bar articulates so well and provides a smooth ride.
