It’s the starting morning of the Guaranteed Rate Bassmaster Elite at Mississippi River. This was the view of downtown La Crosse, host city of the tournament.

This is the view behind the previous photo. Low level fog began to dissipate by 7:30 a.m.
Next stop was the Goose Island area. That’s Jacob Powroznik.
To the south of Powroznik is Stoddard Island and beyond.
