The 110-angler field will be cut to the top 51 after today’s weigh-in. After Day 1, Ish Monroe and Bernie Schultz were tied with 8 pounds. But don’t be surprised if it takes less than 16 pounds to make the cut at the end of Day 2.
“I think 13 pounds might get you paid,” said Jacob Powroznik on Wednesday. “We’ll wipe out the easy ones (on Thursday), and they’re not replenishing.”
Bobby Lane confirmed that suspicion this morning.
