Both Britt Myers and Brett Hite have commented on the excellent wind and tide conditions this morning. Myers even upgraded the weight he thought he’d need to win today because of the perfect conditions.
“The tide is definitely moving in good now,” Brett Hite said about an hour ago. “It’s definitely rolling in better than it did yesterday. The flurry is going to happen some time today.”
But, again, that was an hour ago. And “the flurry” hasn’t happened for any of the three top contenders.
“Maybe the cold front has got ’em a little sleepy,” said Hite minute ago. He’s started moving around in the area where he’s been all week, looking for “the juice.” But so far this morning, the juice isn’t where it was yesterday for Hite.
