With an extra two hours to fish in prime time this morning, without the fog delay that occurred on Norfork yesterday, it appears many more fish have been caught on Bull Shoals. However, the bag weights overall don’t seem to be much different.
So here’s a theory: Double yesterday’s 50th place weight from Norfork (11-1) and you’ll have today’s cut weight – 22-2.
Only the anglers finishing in the top 50 will compete again Saturday on Bull Shoals. And it’s very likely that one ounce will mean the difference in that crucial 50th spot, or the tiebreaker system, where biggest one day bag is the first tiebreaker.
