TVA moving water

I just checked the TVA LakeInfo app for the latest on the generation scheduling. What I found lined up with what Andy Crawford overheard Jason Williamson tell Drew Cook. He told him the lake is up 8 inches. That’s important to watch because Williamson claimed the rising water was reducing the coverage area of the heavy vegetation where the anglers are flipping and frogging.

Here’s some data from the app. Watts Bar Dam is operating at least four generators at a collective 37,000 cubic feet per second, or CFS. Chickamauga Dam is moving water too, spilling until further notice, and operating two or more generators at 42,000 CFS. How the water level will play out all depends on how much water is held, or released, by both dams.
