It’s obvious Zaldain is focusing on the shad spawn.
Overhearing a little of his chatter it appears as if his focus will be these main lake areas where bigger largemouth will be hanging out chasing shad.
He expects the bluff he’s on to get better as the sun defined the shade on the bank.
