I mentioned it yesterday and it’s worth repeating. With all the water around us, it’s always amazing how several of these guys find the same fish.
That’s attributable to hard work. I don’t think this is some sort of community hole. It sets up on the creek to be the right stuff and a lot of folks stuck their head in here during practice.
Currently there are 7 Elites here, which is almost 10 percent of the field. Two of those, Palmer and Paquette, are in the top 10.
Special place for a day or two anyway.
And with that Palmer boats his second. A 1-pound squeaker. But we are nearing the time when the tide gets right and the fish bite better.
