Carters Lake is north of Georgia and south of the Tennessee/North Carolina/Georgia state lines. The image is the prediction for around 1:30 p.m. That also lines up with the best times to go bass fishing today according to the solunar calendar. The power period is 11 a.m.—1:30 p.m., ending 2 1/2 hours before the weigh-in. That will be good news for the bass fishing on Carters Lake.
