Gerald Swindle continues to make small upgrades to his day. The Rapala VMC Pro has been doing the majority of his damage on a dropshot.
The Zoom Baits Pro has used a Morning Dawn presentation to put nearly all of his weight in the boat today. He’s not targeting specific fish but he’s running into the right bites.
“I’ve never been in this pocket in my life,” said Swindle when I asked him if this was an area he worked in practice. “I was looking for fish when I found 21 pounds on Day 1. We’re looking for more today!”
Swindle’s put together a nice day so far to back up his 21 pound effort from Day 1. He’s going to be close to that again today and could surpass it with one more big bite this afternoon.
