Reynolds watching Hackney

Greg Hackney is fishing near a campground and a gaggle of spectators have come down to the bank to watch the Toyota Angler of the Year up close. That includes former Elite Series angler Jeff Reynolds. He was one of the original Elites and this is his home lake.  No information was exchanged, so no rules have been broken!
