Britt Myers jumped to the top of the leaderboard on his first cast of the day. And he’s all shook up.
“When you drive two hours, make one cast and catch a 6-pounder, it shakes your nerves up,” he said on Bassmaster LIVE. “Dude, I’m shook up. It’s like I never caught a bass before.”
Myers made his first cast and his lure snagged in some grass.
“I ripped it out of there, and it just stopped,” he said. “I haven’t had a bite like that all week.
