After a significant amount of jockeying around, we’ve finally landed on Bill Lowen.
He’s not necessarily knocking out of the park yet. But he has a limit and seems to feel confident that more and bigger fish are coming.
He said his limit is some of the smallest he’s caught here. But expects as the sun does its work that the better fish will eventually move right into his wheelhouse.
He first said he “hoped” they would. But after some prodding, said they “will” come.
For a lot of these guys the waiting on the fish to kick it up a notch is a lot like waiting on the tide.
In this case they know it’s coming. They just don’t know when.
