The high mark so far for big bass is in the 4-pound range. I just tallied up the unofficial weights from BASSTrakk and it shows 17 bass topping out at 4-9 so far on the score board.
Surely the bigs will begin biting soon. Light conditions are about to change. Currently the sun is shining for the first time on Day 1. Check out the advanced radar and you can see that will change this afternoon.
Hopefully the big bite will turn on for the show-and-tell weigh-in show that begins later today.
