Hartwell starting hot

Thirty-six anglers had a keeper in the livewell and two of them – Luke Palmer and Tristan McCormick – caught a five-bass limit by 7:45 this morning. Scott Martin had the early big bass lead with a 3-pound, 12-ounce bass.
