Fukae makes a move, takes the lead

Gettys and I just pulled up on Shin Fukae. Before that he only had two bites. He just made a key adjustment that seems to be clicking. Previously he was fishing offshore with a drop shot rig and spybait. Now he’s moved shallow, fishing steep shorelines with a Neko rig. Stay tuned. We will follow him and keep up updated.
