The last fish Evers caught looked as if it might kick things into gear.

That was followed by at least two more swings and misses.
He’s since moved from that spot and the frustrations have followed. He’s swung and missed twice more and you can hear the frustration from 100 yards away.
We assume he will adjust. But it’s starting to lengthen the day a bit for Evers.
