Yesterday morning I was certain hell had frozen over, since the temperature gauge showed 45 degrees and it's August.
Different day today. It's almost a full 20 degrees warmer at 64 degrees. Good thing I didn't go buy long underwear, something I was wishing for yesterday.
When you come from the south and almost 100 degree temps this can be a shock to your system. We are also fond of saying down there "if you don't like the weather wait a minute. It will change."
Not so sure that little sentence doesn't apply around here. Yesterday, I could feel the tundra creeping through my bones. Today it's downright nice if the rain doesn't get bad.
