Chris Zaldain has made it to his primary area on what feels like the coldest morning of this derby. But the sun is peeking over the Ozarks and things should warm up soon.
Zaldain expects the fishing to be hot. And it should be. The bank he’s fishing is really close to the area Brandon Palaniuk won in a few years ago. Palaniuk was off shore, though. Zaldain is right on the bank. And within the first few casts, he puts a keeper in the well. Not big. But a start.
