Browning better than zero

Stephen Browning is an example of why you can’t rely on BASSTrakk to give you a complete picture, especially here on the U.S.-Canada border where cell phone signals are occasionally problematic.

BASSTrakk indicates Browning hasn’t caught a keeper today. He’s got a zero by his name. Actually Browning has a 19-pound, 11-ounce limit, according to Gettys Brannon, who just caught up with Browning on the water.

There’s going to be a whale of a weigh-in today in Waddington, as indicated by BASSTrakk, where seven anglers already have over 20 pounds at 11 a.m. But Browning is an example of why it may be better than indicated.
