Adrian Avena knows he needs some big bites to catch Mike Iaconelli in this last hour of their match. That’s why he’s risking the trip into Little Pokegama Lake.
“It’s going to be a gamble,” Avena said. “But I think it’s untapped, and I need a 4- or 5-pounder.”
Since going under the bridge, Avena has had some big bites, but they’ve all been northern pike.
