Already raining

It appears as if the anglers headed to Huron will have an added thing to deal with this morning. While St. Clair has 20 percent chance of rain today, it's already raining at the mouth of Huron. Don't know how hard it will last or how it will impact the fish if any. But it could keep a few locals off the water.
