The SolAir Lightweight Pants are designed for hot days when you want the protection of long pants without feeling overheated. ANGLER’S INSIGHT:

I’ll admit, when it’s the middle of an Alabama summer, it’s tempting to throw on a pair of shorts and call it a day. But after enough days dealing with sunburn, bugs and brush along the bank, I’ve become a big fan of lightweight fishing pants.

What stands out about the SolAir Lightweight Pants is that they never feel heavy or restrictive. The stretch fabric makes it easy to move around the boat, kneel on the deck or hop in and out at the ramp without feeling like you’re wearing traditional outdoor pants. I also appreciate how quickly they dry after getting splashed or caught in a rain shower.

They’re also a great option when I’m walking riverbanks or exploring small creeks around Alabama where tall grass, briars and insects are part of the experience. Having full leg coverage while still staying cool makes a noticeable difference over the course of a long day outside.

If you’re someone who spends a lot of time fishing through the hottest months of the year, these are the kind of pants that let you enjoy the benefits of full coverage without the discomfort that usually comes with it.
