Will Flowers is the Director of Sales Development and Marketing at B.A.S.S., where he leads a cross-functional team responsible for marketing strategy, sales development, and sponsor support across the organization’s platforms. Since joining B.A.S.S. in 2020, Flowers has played a key role in expanding the reach and engagement of Bassmaster’s social media presence and integrating data-driven insights to inform marketing and content strategies.

In addition to his brand leadership, Flowers oversees the organization’s Angler Business Services initiative, working closely with Bassmaster Elite Series pros to help elevate their personal brands and maximize their market presence.

Prior to joining B.A.S.S., Flowers served as Marketing and Creative Director at Milo’s Tea Company, where he guided national brand strategy and media execution across traditional, digital, and experiential channels. He also spent four seasons in college athletics as Branding and Marketing Director for Auburn Football, helping the program achieve top-10 recruiting classes and major bowl appearances through strategic marketing and social media campaigns.

Flowers has held leadership roles at agencies including Luckie and Company, NorthStar Partnering Group, and Saatchi & Saatchi X, where he developed integrated campaigns for major consumer brands such as Disney, ESPN, Johnson & Johnson, Heinz, and Little Debbie Snacks.
