Combs just made his way into a pocket and is trying to find that elusive Bass that hasn’t t seen any baits this week.

Finally fish number four an three pounder and Matt is all excited he has been watching this fish for three days.

After a frustrating morning of losing and missing some really nice fish, Hank Cherry puts a grown one in the boat.

Another small move for Jason Christie. He talked about how difficult it is to make accurate casts with the wind blowing like it is now. There are a couple of competitor boats along with spectator boats in the area now. Christie is continuing to fan cast while on the trolling motor covering a lot of water and still looking for an upgrade.

No. 5 for Coulter. Looking for a nice one!

This elite pro has the details from catching the last few fish. He has figured out that the fish are in one particular type of vegatation.

Brandon Lester makes a subtle change to his swim jig and immediately hooks up with fish number 1. It’s a solid 2 pounder!

After the bite totally changed for Seth this morning he has quickly figured out how to catch them. This quality fish makes no. 5 for him. One he calls 3 pounds.

Keith combs has moved in back of the bay. Where he caught most of his fish yesterday. Says he is going to settle in an try repeat yesterday’s performance.

David Walker has number 4 in boat, should be number 5 but a good a little earlier.

Number five for Jason Christie is another 1 1/2 pounder. Now he is settling in the try and upgrade.

With five in the well, Timmy decided to change the scenery a little in the search for upgrades.

Brandon Lester boats a GIANT!! Unfortunately it’s the wrong species. He is still looking for his first keeper.

Dirty water and local pressure has slowed down the bite for Clent Davis but he continues to grind with one decent keeper in the well.

After a short dry spell, Jason Christie hooks up with fish number four. Putting this 1 1/2 pounder in the livewell gives Jason 4 fish in the box. Now just looking for number 5 to fill his limit.

Stephen working them over. On a good pattern and should be culling shortly.

Combs just moved back offshore. Cranking a stump field. Braced and poised for a hungry bass to eat this offering he is giving to them.

It’s has been a struggle for Matt Herren due to the changing weather conditions but he has not giving up on what got him to Saturday. Take a look at this nice 3-pounder.

Jason has caught his third keeper. It’s another 1-pounder but he’s still trying to get his five fish limit. He said this one will ride for a little while. He is making some adjustments to his tackle now in hopes of landing No. 4.

After hanging around the takeoff area for an hour, Bradley Roy decided to make the rough run upriver. It quickly paid off with two nice keepers. He now has three in the boat and is looking for a limit.

No. 2 for Morgenthaler.

Fish on and it is a good one. No. 2 for Stephen Browning. Hit close to the boat too.

Vinson is on the board! He hooks up with his first keeper and pulls it from the slop. Has his area to himself so far this morning.

After a spirited boat ride Jared Lintner arrives at his first stop. He makes about three casts and one crushes his lure . As he plays the fish in it hangs in the vegetation and manages to free itself…

…much to his dismay all that remains was a swirl and a big shad forced out his gullet from the struggle.

This is just what Keith Combs was hoping for this morning. Now he is looking for his fifth to fill out his limit.
