	B.A.S.S. photographer Seigo Saito spent the final day of the Evan Williams Bourbon All-Star Championship following Edwin Evers, who fished above Lake Decatur in the river that feeds it. Despite the challenges presented by very shallow, muddy water, and having to be towed once (he ran out of gas), Evers managed to put together a very respectable 12-pounds-plus bag to finish second, for the second year in a row.</p>
