Wind and weather on Lake Conroe could be a significant factor on Friday, with so many open areas for the wind to get going and a high number of wall like shorelines for waves to bounce off of, Conroe could look like a washing machine on Day 1.

Some areas of the lake have massive houses with pools and large patio areas.

Water clarity could also be a major factor in this tournament and with high winds anglers will have to make the decision about where the best clarities can be found for their specific fishing tactics.
