Also throwing a drop-shot rig. Then moving onto the next spot for the morning. Joey Nania and John Dangza working along an offshore island. Both throwing soft plastics on the rock shores. Joey hooked into quite a few drum this morning before landing a smallmouth. John also found himself a smallmouth to add to his Day 1 bag. Justin Margrave and co-angler, Boris, were also fishing the offshore islands throwing various soft plastics. Scott Pellegrin and co-angler fishing an offshore point that was very popular on Day 1 morning. Scott catching a smallmouth that added to his weight this morning. Chad Pipkens watching his graph as he fishes his way through the morning. Tom Knee was also in the crowd this morning and found himself a keeper. Bradley Hallman in the mix this morning also flipping on the offshore structures. Greg Dipalma using a dropshot along rocky points looking for more Smallmouth. Seiji Kato and co-angler going deeper and also using the dropshot rig. Matt Pangrac setting the hook into one also fishing off shore structures. Mike Iaconelli didn't stick around on this off shore area too long as day one continues. He said, "I'm looking for largemouth!" Caught back up with Joey Nania and John Dangza, They both set the hook. Nania had another drum while John landed another Smallmouth. Kyle Austin setting the hook on what he later finds out to be a Walleye.
