Feider joins Zona LIVE tomorrow

Mark Zona, co-host of the Bassmaster TV shows and host of Zona’s Awesome Fishing Show (ZAFS), heads to Minnesota for the second installment of ZONA LIVE for the 2018 season. His guest in Minnesota is none other than Elite Series pro and Minnesota native Seth Feider.

The duo will head to Feider’s stomping grounds around the Minneapolis region where fans can expect awesome fishing, lots of laughs and some insight about these two characters.

“I was shocked when Seth (Feider) wanted to use part of his travel day between Elite Series events to shoot ZONA LIVE with me,” Zona said. “This will be our third official shoot together, but we’ve shot a bazillion videos with one another. It’s going to be fun.”

The Mississippi River Elite Series event concludes on Sunday, June 24th and anglers are given Monday as a travel day to head to South Dakota for the second leg of the back-to-back event trip. Feider will fish with Zona and then continue his drive to Lake Oahe.

“People think of Seth as a smallmouth guy and don’t get me wrong he is,” Zona said. “But he grew up fishing around milfoil and targeting those fish in green suits. It’ll be our first time targeting largemouth together and it’ll be fun.”

ZONA LIVE presented by Mercury Marine will also feature something new and that is the brand-new Mercury 250 Pro XS Four Stroke, which Zona has used over the last few weeks. Folks will get a rundown on the new outboard as Zona and Feider jump around the Minneapolis region.

“Fishing with Zona is always guaranteed good time,” Feider said. “It’ll be a good ole fashioned Minnesota largemouth beatdown, people forget we have green ones up here, but we do.

The year kicked off with Davy Hite as the duo fished in Western Michigan and caught both largemouth and smallmouth. To date, Zona’s LIVE guests have been Greg Hackney, Kevin VanDam, Brent Ehrler, Jordan Lee, Hite and now Feider will join the crew.

The broadcast will air on Monday, June 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. ET on bassmaster.com. Zona and Feider will be taking your questions throughout the show, and fans who send in questions will be entered to win prizes.
