I selected this image of Jordan Lee hoisting the Classic trophy as my favorite moment of 2017.
I was covering the College Bracket event a few years ago. It was my first time watching Jordan Lee fish.
Compared to the other college anglers, his casting was accurate, boating fish was quick, every movement was on a different level already. I have covered Jordan on Bassmaster Elite Series tournaments in last few years, and he is just as good as other Elite anglers. I captured him hoisting College Bracket Champion trophy few years ago, but since then, he hadn’t hoisted another one until last March.
He hoisted even bigger trophy than blue Elite one. The Classic’s world championship trophy.
He has a bright future ahead of him, and I know I will see more of these coming soon.
