GRAFORD, Texas — After consulting with the National Weather Service, B.A.S.S. officials have canceled Day 1 of competition at the Yamaha Rightwaters Bassmaster Kayak Series at Possum Kingdom Lake Scored by TourneyX due to high winds and the possibility of severe weather, including sustained winds of 20 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour.
The full field of anglers will now compete on Sunday only. The tournament is being hosted by the Possum Kingdom Chamber of Commerce.
