WHAT IS IT?
HUK A1A Pro Shorts
WHAT SETS IT APART?
For all-day comfort and the flexibility that allows all of the bends and reaches that boating a big bass often demands, HUK uses a lightweight 98% polyester / 2% spandex blend. As far as the A1A Pro Shorts’ layout, HUK kept it smooth with slanted front hand pockets, a secure back zip pocket and a drop-in pocket for quicker access to your cellphone or other frequent use items. A zippered thigh pocket complements the storage options. With an 8-inch Inseam and a soft banded interior waistband, HUK offers these new shorts in Blue Shadow, Sea Grass and Seagull colors in waist sizes 28-42.
HOW DO I USE IT?
HUK made the A1A Pro Shorts to look cool while keeping you cool, and that starts with the lightweight, breathable jacquard mesh fabric. This type of material marries the open, ventilated structure of a standard mesh with eye-friendly patterns woven directly into the fabric. Ideal for the hottest times of the year, the A1A Pro Shorts deliver cooling airflow with moisture-wicking performance, while the UPF 40+ sun protection helps repel harmful rays.

ANGLER’S INSIGHT:
With about three months off from school, some of our best childhood fishing memories were made on those hot summer days when you didn’t want to wear much more than the law required. We’ve come a long way from those cutoffs and cotton T-shirts, but HUK channels that same vibe with the A1A Pro Shorts. That semi-hidden thigh pocket’s a nice touch, as it maintains a sleek profile that carries the laidback, minimalist feel that defines summertime fishing.
