Partners are raving:
“Academy Sports + Outdoors is proud to have helped the sport of freshwater fishing grow by providing a fun experience for fans and anglers as the title sponsor of this year’s Bassmaster Classic. Through fun events at the launch, engaging activations in the expo, and a unique opportunity for young anglers to fish alongside the pros, Academy was able to connect with many of our core customers and make the 50th Bassmaster Classic memorable for everyone."
— Larry Roberts, Academy Sports + Outdoors Senior Vice President and General Merchandising Manager of Outdoor
“Skeeter was so excited to introduce the new ZXR 20 and 21 models for 2021! We had 10 boats in our booth and they all went home with dealers, so that they could get them prepped for their new owners, how exciting is that!!! The 50th Bassmaster Classic was one of the busiest Classics I have seen in a long time, all three days of the Classic our booth was busy with folks looking at our new boats. So we had a lot to be proud of at the 50th Bassmaster Classic, and we wanted to show everyone that Skeeter is always, Setting the Standard!”
— JoAnne OBryant, Marketing Manager, Skeeter Products
“We used Bassmaster to launch our new product line because we had access to tens of thousands of our target customers. Our booth was slammed each day. It made an impact for our brand.”
— Ryan Lilly, Brand Evangelist for Johnson Outdoors, Watercraft Division
"The crowd at the Outdoor Expo during the 50th Bassmaster Classic was impressive. Over 2,000 advocated to protect our rights as anglers through Let America Fish and 60+ anglers signed up to participate in Yamaha's new Power Pay contingency program. Everyone in the booth also had the opportunity to meet professional Yamaha anglers and get a look at Yamaha's full line of outboards. It was a great experience, and we look forward to the 2021 Bassmaster Classic."
— Dale Barnes, Division Manager, Yamaha Marine Marketing
"We went into the Classic Expo with a sales goal of $150,000 and we blew that number out of the water — doing more than double that. It was, by far, the biggest off-site sales event we have had in our 40-year history."
— John Norris, Fishing Department Manager, Mark's Outdoors
