Aaron Martens is talking to everyone and himself at the same time. He's mostly lamenting the tide and its late arrival in this area.
"I should've started by the ramp," he said. "It was perfect up there. Not so much here. But perfect up there."
Of course that will change in due time. But it doesn't change the fact that he feels like he missed an opportunity this morning. As to the tide here, the charts say it should be outgoing right now. But we are not seeing any water movement here yet.
